Special Memorials Project

Special memorials will be made for individuals with terminal diseases who have the desire to relay their personal message about life or death to the public with their words and image. A picture of each individual will be made with the patient’s hair or ashes.

These powerful photographic images and memorials will be made by artist Bill Fink. The SEEDS foundation will work to present this story to magazines and public exhibition. If chosen to participate, the memorial will be made at no expense for the patient or families involved. If family members request any additional memorials, there would be a charge, but the money would go to The SEEDS Foundation. In return for making a memorial for the family, an extra memorial will go to artist Bill Fink so there is artwork to exhibit.
